We're Baaaaaaack!

Hi Everyone!

I am back from Florida with some sunshine! But I have a bad cold and a fever, so I can't be at church tonight.

I brought home some seashells from the ocean. I got to see my Aunt Carol and Uncle Tom. We went swimming at a big pool, that is like a big river and I went down the BIG slide for the first time.

We also got to see Grandma & Grandpa Schaap and we went out to eat with them and to church.

We also celebrated my mom's birthday.

I am glad to be home, but I miss the warm sunshine and my own grandma & grandpa, who we stayed with the whole time. I saw a gecko outside in my front yard. It was a tiny gecko!

The kittens were having fun under the coffee table today. Their mom wasn't too happy with that.

Today I was playing with my cats and Chris said that I had mail. I opened the letter and I read it. It said kind things from my Sunday School teacher, Brother Al. I was happy because Brother Al was so kind to me.

Happy Valentines Day and Easter!

Today I made valentines for all of my friends. I lost the box when we went to Florida then I couldn't remember where it was, but I found it yesterday when I was cleaning my room.

Last night we made colored Easter eggs. My mom cooked the eggs first then when they were cooled down we put them in the color stuff. It wasn't working too good, so my mom put some vinegar in the bowls and it worked better but it smelled yucky. We got the coloring stuff at the dollar store when we went there with my mom to get shrink wrap for Miss Gerlinde to help her make the gift baskets.

I like the dollar store by my house because they have lots of stuff and I save my dollars then my mom lets us each buy one thing there.

Exploration Station and More!

Last Tuesday I went to Exploration Station. And I had LOTS of fun with Jenna. We played in the water and we colored a cat picture and we had lunch there together.

Today we went to visit Miss Virginia Peterson in the hospital. We gave her a stuffed white Lippizan horse because we know they are her favorite. Last summer we took Miss Virginia to see the Lippizan horses perform live in Wisconsin. It was lots of fun. Today at the hospital we parked one floor away from the top, but then my mom drove up there because she wanted to see the view of Chicago, but me and Chris just wanted her to drive down the swirly driveway that went round and round all the way to the bottom where we had to pay. My mom was dizzy but we had lots of fun. Then we ate at Panda Express, which is my favorite chinese place, then we went to Miss Jayne's to play because my mom had to go to a funeral place and do some music. I made lots of pictures of crazy people and cats at Miss Jaynes. I was pretty good at drawing. Here is one of the pictures I made.

Next week we are going to Florida for one week. I am going to go swimming. I will miss all of you people who are looking at my blog.
